16-year-old Mithun Chauhan has a rare genetic condition which has left him with large swollen lumps all over his face and body. The condition known as neurofibroma affects just one in 33,000 people and causes tumours to grow along the nerve endings. In this film Mithun undergoes major surgery to not only transform his face but also hopefully change his life for good.
