Warfare continues to engulf the world in the autumn of the unified year 1926, at which time the Empire finds itself besieged on all sides. The enemy continuously siphons abundant resources from the United States, while the Empire's ally, Yirudoya, uses "strict neutrality" as an excuse for inaction.

As winter came, the supply situation on the Eastern Front further deteriorated. The Salamander Kampfgruppe, continuously engaged in defensive battles, is exhausted by frequent guerrilla-style attacks on its supply lines.

The Empire has comprehensively adjusted its strategy and successfully stabilized the east front. However, the Federation and the United Kingdom are launching a joint operation in the northern territory of the former Allied Powers. In the meantime, the Kingdom of Yirudoya, which claims to be "strictly neutral," also begins their action.

Amidst the growing calls for peace talks facilitated by the Kingdom of Yirudoya, the Empire launched the large-scale counteroffensive operation, "Operation Iron Hammer," to impose more favorable terms.

The peace negotiations facilitated by the Kingdom of Yirudoya have been forcibly postponed. To secure more favorable terms, the Imperial Army has launched a large-scale offensive called the "Andromeda Project," aimed at controlling the Federation's resource areas.

As a result, the Imperial forces had no choice but to attempt a solo breakthrough of the inland sea, heavily guarded by the United Kingdom's navy.

After successfully withdrawing its expeditionary forces from the southern continent, the Empire made a retaliatory diplomatic visit to the Kingdom of Yirudoya, an ally that had initially refused to give way. How will the "strictly neutral" Yirudoya respond to this visit?

As the endless total war continues, the imperial leadership's strategy has fallen into extreme disarray. Deeply concerned about this, Rudersdorf begins to explore ways to end the war on his own.
