Fredrik lines up a private showing for his project on Washington St. and quickly realizes that one couple may be his key to selling 30 percent of the entire building. Michael lands a listing with Fredrik’s current client, Zach Vella, and is happy to be representing some units on his home turf -- Park Avenue on the Upper East Side.

Michael's new co-agent may be more foe than friend, and Ryan could be driven to distraction when he plans a sexy photo shoot for his new Chelsea rental.

Michael faces a tough decision when he feels bullied by Fredrik. Ryan must play both real estate and marriage counselor to an out-of-town couple.

Michael tries to prove himself after moving on from Fredrik, but Fredrik's efforts on behalf of a new client may lead them to cross paths once again.

Fredrik returns home to Sweden, but never stops selling. Michael lands his biggest listing yet, while Ryan's Fashion Week party spirals out of control.
