One of the most popular and enduring cartoon characters of all time, Yogi Bear made his entrance as a supporting character on the Huckleberry Hound Show. Soon, however, the “smarter than the average bear” was starring in his own series, alongside his little pal, Boo Boo. His Robin Hood antics and inventive schemes to swipe “pic-a-nic” baskets made him arguably the first outlaw cartoon hero.
