Dubliners Michelle and Clive return to the Rotunda Hospital three years after the birth of their first child, Zach, passed away in the hospital after being born prematurely. This time they are hoping to avoid early labour for the safe arrival of their second child.

County Roscommon couple, Orlaith and James arrive at the Rotunda Hospital for an emergency procedure on their twins who are just at 16 weeks gestation. They are hoping to save the lives of both babies who have been diagnosed with 'twin to twin transfusion syndrome.'

Tara and Neill's journey to parenthood has not been an easy one. After devastating miscarriages, the couple return to the Rotunda hoping for the safe arrival of their baby girl.
