Dias, the hero who saved the country, heads to the territory granted to him by the king as a reward for his military service. However, the place turns out to be nothing but a vast, empty grassland. Having single-handedly defeated the Earth Dragon and become the village hero, Dias begins developing his territory on the grassland with the cooperation of Aruna and the Kijin tribe. One day, his former comrade-in-arms, Klaus, appears with visitors from the royal capital. Among them is the Third Princess, Diane, who is caught in the midst of a battle for the royal succession.

A merchant named Peijin Do visits Klaus and the others, who recently became residents of the territory to help Dias, in search of Earth Dragon materials. Although Peijin Do initially doubted Dias's abilities, he is astonished by his superhuman strength, and the deal is successfully concluded.

Seeing its giant jaws open, Dias confronts it without holding a weapon. Meanwhile, the Third Princess Diane, who holds a grudge against Dias, takes the national treasure Scepter and immediately visits Eldan to issue a certain royal decree.

From the kingdom, the orphans Dias once cared for, along with his uncle Ben, come to visit Ilk Village. Amidst the lively reunion after a long time apart, Ben, having acknowledged Alna and the others as family, entrusts them with taking care of Dias while sharing stories about his parents. Meanwhile, changes are also on the horizon for Meer and the others.

Alna's older brother, Zorg, is criticized by her as a useless freeloader. Despite their reunion, Zorg remains convinced that Dias is a corrupt lord and turns a deaf ear to reason, insisting on taking his sister back. Alna is utterly exasperated by her brother.
