The world's nations are facing a new reality: the escalation of terrorism. They are locked in an uneven struggle against an enemy bent on destabilizing them.

Since 9/11, the way terrorist groups run their operations has changed drastically. Their new objective: To kill as many civilians as possible before seeking a direct confrontation with the police and Special Forces.
