When a young man in a Santa costume injures himself, psychiatrist Kate takes him to her hospital where people convinced they are Santa or Napoleon are brought in for treatment. He's sweet-natured, good-looking, and awfully sure that he's Santa. The patients are fine with that: they love him, and his Christmas spirit soon starts to spread. Even Kate is "infected". But who is he really?
