A team of undercover narcotics agents are in the middle of an investigation, when one by one, the squad members are killed by an assassin. In order to identify the killer, the police call on karate champion, Matt Logan (Chuck Norris) to assist. While disinterested at first, he is forced into action after his adopted son is killed by the villains.
