It's Christopher's first full day working for PhoneShop and, with the pressure on from Lance to fill Little Gary Patel's shoes, Ashley and Jerwayne attempt to teach him some tricks of the trade.

While Christopher prepares for a lunchtime date, Lance obsesses over an email, and Jerwayne fumes over the girl with the owl tattoo.

The arrival of area manager, Razz Prince, sets everyone on edge. Lance attempts to prove to the staff that he isn't boring while everyone else prepares for a big night out.

It's "Super Sales Day," otherwise known as a "Family Fun Day," to the annoyed staff of PhoneShop. As if that wasn't enough, the threatened arrival of a security guard casts a shadow over the day.

For the first time in years, Gary isn't the only contender for the month's top salesman. As the boys vie for position, Janine moons over her new boyfriend, Don.

Lance is off on his second honeymoon, Janine's in charge and teaching Christopher to go the extra mile for his customers, and Ashley has got a date with a soldier.
