Elegy

Mel and Sam visit the grave of someone close to them on the anniversary of their passing, and Mels' unexplained resentment toward his father grows stronger.

Mel deals with the shame and his actions from the previous night. Sam tries to apologize to Beth for what happened. Kira visits Mel again and has another talk with him.

Mel tells Kira about Sam's sudden want to play music with him to restore their relationship. He is skeptical, however, Kira convinces him to have an open mind. alone at home, Mel gets a visit from his mother Beverly.

Sam and Beth begin to connect more, but Sam's world shatters when he receives a phone call from someone close. Kira makes Mel confront his past, which leads him to the truth he's been trying to escape.

Sam reveals the truth in his A.A. meeting. Mel comes home, Sam is not happy with him but eventually, they move past it. Mel finally tells Sam about Kira.

Mel and Sam's relationship is in a good place. Things begin to move forward and some time passes. But a visit from an unexpected guest might stir up some old feelings.
