With just one Ibex remaining to complete the Spanish Ibex Grand Slam, Nick heads to the northeast part of Spain. He learns about two tasty Spanish traditions that are both firsts for him.

He explores not only their family’s long relationship with these mountains but also the incredible story of the cowboys that made this part of the country famous. And, Nick visits a famous saddle maker who gives him a lesson in leatherwork.

While hunting for wild boar in Georgia, Nick checks off a lifelong “bucket list” box when he has the opportunity to fly a WWII era warbird. He explores the fascinating history of aviation in Georgia and meets some new friends at a unique airfield.

When Nick draws a rare Kansas mule deer tag, he heads to the Northwest part of the state to try to fill it. While there, he visits a cattle rancher whose roots go deep into the history of our 34th state.

Nick hunts ducks in Mississippi in the heart of blues country with Wren & Ivy founders BC and Kim Rogers. He learns about their love for waterfowling, family, and what it means to be from the south. And, he digs deep into a town that is said to be the “birthplace of the blues”.
