Jason and Bernice continue work on the home by finishing off the first floor. As they renovate the living room, they run into massive issues with the damaged ceiling and face design challenges when they add a hidden powder room in the entryway.

House flippers Jason Wilson and Bernice Radle buy a 1910 property and begin their biggest restoration yet. They tear down walls in the kitchen and dining room to create an open space and honor the home's original design by using reclaimed wainscoting.

Jason and Bernice have big plans to move the main bedroom to its original location in the house. They remove walls to create a main suite, but after discovering rot in an exterior wall, they must rebuild and add a new header.

Jason and Bernice team up with their siblings to tackle the home's second floor, including restoring the original bathroom. However, standing water and cracking walls cause trouble along the way.

Jason and Bernice transform the unfinished attic into an eclectic living space and make a bold, colorful update to the exterior. They draw inspiration from Buffalo's artistic community to create unique installations, including a storage wall.

Jason and Bernice finish renovations by revamping the tired backyard, adding a pergola-covered dining area, a back deck and creating a unique fence out of salvaged doors. Later, they hold an open house and reveal the finished home to potential buyers.
