D.C. is back, but where are the Samuels? Quick and Ashley adjust to changes with the release of Ashley's book. Joi and Clifton from "Ready to Love" join the party. Jayson's going-away celebration goes left when Jamie and Little Jamie nearly come to blows.

Winter is back to make amends with the help of her new friend Sherrell, but Sherrell was Ashley's friend first, and Joi's nemesis before that. Ashley's Think Pink event brings things to a head. Winter lures Erana to a face-to-receipts meeting.

Ashley has a hard talk with her mom about her book that is being released. Clifton and Joi talk about marriage, while Jamie's retirement strains the Tylers. At Ashely's surprise party, Jamie makes harsh comments about his son, and tragedy strikes Alicia.

Erana is shocked to discover what Joi has against Sherrell's husband, Black. After Ashley and Quick confront Jamie's attitude towards his son, Brittany holds a family intervention. Sherrell hosts a workout event where Winter and Ashley come face to face.

A family intervention forces Little Jamie to get help for his mental health. Sherrell confronts a defensive Joi about badmouthing her husband. Quick gets a street named after him, but the joyful moment turns ugly when Sherrell accosts a confused Erana.

Ashley and Quick try to make the drama go away after the street naming event. Quick gets the men together, and Ashley gathers all the women, including Winter, to clear the air. Erana makes plans for a new wig line. Joi performs at Jamie's venue.

Quick and Jamie teach their boys some hard truths. Sherrell and Black drag Winter on a double date. Clifton and Joi's friend, Carmen, helps Joi find clarity about the other ladies. Erana's wig launch is a hit, until Jamie tries to make it all about him.

Erana isn't happy with Jamie's behavior at her wig launch, and the Silvas wonder if he has a drinking problem. Quick goes to the ER, worrying his family. Winter and Yusha grow closer. Ashley is upset Joi called her phony, so she spills one of her secrets.

Clifton and Joi question Ashley's intentions after she exposes that they are secretly married. Winter performs at her Romancipation event with her new guy. Erana and Ashley call a truce with Winter at her event, but Joi gives Ashley the cold shoulder.

While Quick visits a doctor, the Tylers consult an intimacy expert. At Ashley's Christmas Eve Eve party, Joi and Ashley's strained relationship goes from bad to worse, ending in total chaos. Ashley gets upset when she feels Erana is taking Joi's side.
