Dream Season: The Journey

It's the early season of this new run of Dream Season and the new Bama Boys are already making a change for the better with deer going down. Competition is off and ready and anything can happen before you know it. kwhunting kwwhitetail

The Bama boys keep their good streak going and the other teams spread out to throw up some major points in the early season and in the first leg.

Final day of the first leg of the season is here and Team Reconyx is in good spirits even though they haven't brought anything down yet, but they are hitting the spots hard without fault. Big bucks are everywhere, so let's see if they'll be big enough to make a change.

Second leg of the season is on after Team Reconyx takes the first leg. The pre-rut is here and starts with a archery competition but with a recurve bow. Competition is very much alive.

Third leg is here for the rut and Team Reconyx is two for two in the judges eyes. Team MAD heads out west to hunt Texas. Team Reconyx isn't changing their style, but hunting a little Nebraska. The Mossy Oak boys stay in Illinois to hunt a farm and the other Bama boys are staying mobile.

The rut is in full swing with racks moving all over the place. The rut takes the hunters to Oklahoma, Illinois, and Ohio looking to scrape some points trying to get some whitetail on the ground.

Still lots of time left in the rut. Mark and Terry throw in another skill challenge that involves a standing crossbow accuracy challenge. Team MAD is looking to seal the deal in Texas to see if they can make some noise for the judges.

The final part of the rut leg is here and it is all out trying to make the most of all the whitetail movement. The judges won't have an easy decision to make as to who should be the victor of the third leg of this Dream Season.

Three legs down, three to go as the fourth leg begins to start the Illinois Shotgun leg with a skill challenge peppered in. Team Reconyx is out of the run when they can't supply a shotgun tag in Illinois and some hunters have some newborns in mind when they enter this leg of the season.

The fifth leg of the holiday season is underway as the hunters return home. Team Ozonics feels less pressure than they did this time last year. The other Bama boys from Mossy Oak have a baby on the way take the time away from the hunt to focus on what matters, family.

It's the last episode of the holiday season leg. More points are going around, but it seems Team Reconyx takes the big studs away from the others.

The late season leg six is here and things are going to slow down. The hunters have to continue to up there game to solidify their victory and maybe change the game.

The grand finale is here with Team Reconyx and Team Ozonics making some noise, but that doesn't mean Team MAD or Team Mossy Oak can't claim the last leg for their own. Everyone is rushing to win, but not slipping up on big bucks.
