Trail To SEMA

Florence, AZ, the home of cacti and desert heat and some of the best wheeling the country has to offer! We find the 2019 season of the Pow-erStop Trail to SEMA kicking things off just outside of Phoenix riding on The Highway to Hell.

Big Bear California, tucked in the heart of the San Bernardino mountains, this premiere ski location is also the home of some of Southern California's most Legendary locations for high elevation off-roading. The Trail to SEMA crew scales Gold Mountain as they test their vehicles against the endless rock gardens on John Bull Trail, the jewel in Big Bear's "Crown of Trails".

Our second day in Big Bear leads our convoy through Holcombe creek trail for a scenic day in a canyon filled with autumn vistas, a few obstacles, and slippery conditions that prove to be a challenge for a few members of the team when their competitive nature leads to a major break.

The Trail to SEMA crew enters the Jeep-destroying terrain of Johnson Valley, CA. Home of the annual King of the Hammers race, and some of the nastiest wheeling in the United States. Our convoy tests their vehicles on Sledgehammer one of the premier sections of the Ultra 4 raceway.

Our friends at Rigid Industries and Optima Batteries got us set up with enough power and lights to OwnTheNight. That's exactly what we did!

The challenge intensifies as our team takes on Backdoor Trail in the dark. Before leaving Johnson Valley the Jeeps square off in a winner-take-all desert drag race on Lake Bed.

Sand Hollow, UT is a Labyrinth of rock. With it's you see it, you crawl it mentality, all of Sand Mountain becomes a playground for our convoy. We shake things up and try not to get lost in The Maze as we run it backward.

Trail Hero leads us to Sand Hollow's newest trail The Fallen, dedicated to those who have sacrificed their lives for the USA in a foreign war.

We leave the trail behind to walk the sweeping lines of cars and products at the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV. We check in with all our sponsors and participants giving you an inside look at the worlds largest automotive trade show.
