Diarra From Detroit

DIARRA BRICKLAND, separated from her husband, downloads Tinder and has a great first date with CHRIS. Sadly he doesn't show up on their second date, which leads Diarra to dig up a Missing Persons Case from the 90s.

Diarra follows the Russian's keychain to a BDSM club. She realizes he's guilty, but he's shot before she can ask questions about Chris/Deonte.

Diarra deals with her trauma by narrowing her safe space to "Da Baby" but soon realizes it's with Moni. They are on a mission with Deonte's mom, Vonda. After successfully stealing "Da Baby," find clues Chris left in his apartment.

Diarra and the team examine Chris' evidence leading them to Detroit's Buddy Black poker game for Tony Kincaid, Deonte's former basketball coach. Diarra empties her checking account for the poker buy and unsuccessfully interrogates Tony.

Diarra and Moni prepare for a rendezvous. Diarra needs to move quickly in order to give her speech at Aja's party. At the factory, they meet Goldie and get chased by goons. Luckily, Marshall, the original detective from '95 saves them.

Diarra explores Marshall's notebook from '95 and tries to break Zervas' alibi. Under the guise of making a documentary, she gets together strippers from Eden's Ethiopia and finds a hole in Zervas' alibi. As she confronts him, he gets killed.

A snowstorm shuts the city down, and Diarra is missing. Her friends gather at her house, leading to a bottle episode filled with emotional conversations and surprising revelations.

Diarra forces Danger to dig up Deonte's body and discover that he is alive. Diarra orchestrates a meeting with all the parties involved in Deonte's kidnapping, leading to a violent showdown between Velvet, the Woodward Boys, and the Greeks.
