The show takes a look at the heartwarming yet super uncomfortable and sometimes frustrating relationship among three adult siblings: one in the 1%, one middle-class and one barely holding on.

A wedding invitation causes an unexpected turn of events for Connor and Tom and upsets Denise, while Marina meticulously plans her drinking schedule for a night out without the kids.

Connor invites all the cousins over for an epic sleepover to cheer up his daughter, Gretchen. Meanwhile, Tom is determined to prove he can be a fun uncle too.

Tom and Sarah are jealous when their parents spend time at Connor's house and not theirs. But when more grandparent time opens up for everyone, they learn to be careful what they wish for.

After upsetting Marina, Tom tries to help more around the house. Sarah and Denise worry their son will be corrupted after Kelvin decides he wants to learn all about Uncle Connor's business.

Connor tries to prove he's cool with his divorce from Emily, Tom and Marina try to prove that they still have game, and Sarah finds a solution to the fact that she's a bad gift-giver.

On the season finale of "Home Economics," the family celebrate their parents' anniversary. But after they learn what Tom's new novel is about, the celebration may just be the worst one yet!
