Matt receives a letter from Dolly's solicitor. Alan approached David about working at the fish farm. Matt reveals that Frank Tate is the new owner of Home Farm.

Nick tells Kathy about his time in France. Kate confronts Pete over his affair with Rachel. Jack heads off for his first day working at the chip shop.

Jack warns Kathy that Joe wants to buy his share of the farm. Matt breaks the news to Dolly that he's moving to Norfolk. Amos writes a script for the New Year play.

Joe's annoyed when he finds out Kate's letting the kids see David. Bill, Jock and Nick all apply for the gardening vacancy at Home Farm. Amos struggles with his Dracula script.
