Set in a dystopian future after a disastrous weather event known as the Convergence destroyed many cities. Ground travel is now impossible, but skilled pilots have found it possible to navigate through the slipstreams. Bounty hunters capture a man who is more than he seems to be, setting off a chain of events whereby an arms dealer attempts to get the bounty for himself.
