In Cartagena de Indias, Sofía Carreño discovers having a paranormal communication with the spirit of Venezuelan Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Cisneros, who died in 1919. Sofía will have to face not only her family but also false mediums and dark spirits that will try to prevent her from fulfilling her mission of service.
