Theresa sees a doctor about her ongoing health issues, and she also surprises a bachelorette party with a group reading. A mom seeks closure from the death of her daughter, and Victoria is harassed online for gaining weight.

After a year of separation, and nearly a year since they've been in the same room together, Theresa and Larry reunite. A woman is reunited with her fiancé who shot himself, and Theresa does a house cleansing.

It's an all-surprise, all-Knock and Shock special! Theresa surprises unsuspecting people at a hotel and a dentist's office. Later, Theresa surprises the kidney donor who saved her friend's life after seeing the show last year.

It's a star-studded finale as Theresa gives readings to singer Debbie Gibson, Dukes of Hazzard's John Schneider, celebrity chef Anne Burrell, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley and Jerry Maguire's Jonathan Lipnicki.
