David Heinz
Director, Writer
David Walsh Heinz is an award-winning Editor known for his work on both studio and independent films including A Christmas Story Christmas (2022), The Call of the Wild (2020), Adult World (2013) and This Means War (2012). His Visual Effects Editing credits include some of the most ground-breaking VFX movies of all-time including Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014), War for the Planet of the Apes (2017) and Academy Award winner, Disney's The Jungle Book (2016). In addition to editing, Heinz also wrote and directed the award-winning musical American Folk (2017) that was released theatrically nationwide and screened at festivals throughout the world.
