Siddharth Vasani
Director
Siddharth is a Mumbai based cinematographer, born and bred in the heart of Indian cinema. He started his career in 2010 by assisting renowned commercial photographer, Raj Mistry. While assisting on several photography projects for over 3 years, he grew curious and discovered his love for moving images. It was then that he decided to venture into cinematography. He started his journey as Director of Photography, being mentored by leading cinematographers like Anuj Dhawan and Mitesh Mirchandani. His on set experiences in various capacities and production scales helped him deep dive into all things cinematography and refine his craft even further. Over the last 12 years, Siddharth has built an impressive body of work, from feature films and commercials to music videos and even LIVE shows for Netflix and Amazon. Most recently, he has shot his 4th feature, "Article 370". His previous feature "A Thursday", was well received by critics and audiences both. It bagged several awards and also holds the title of most watched OTT film in 2022 and the film "Chhatriwali" did its rounds as well! He has also finished shooting one more feature which is soon to be released, "Dhoom Dham". In the past, Siddharth has also worked as the Second Unit Cinematographer for the much-lauded feature film, URI: The Surgical Strike.
